William D. FALL was born in 1842 in Indiana and practiced medicine in Kirklin (Clinton County) and Wwhitesville, Montgomery County, Indiana. He was admitted to the Indiana State Medical Society in 1880. His marriage to Sarah A. Downing took place in Boone County April 30, 1863.

A Charles W. Fall practiced in the Bowers-Oxford are in the late 1800s and may have been a relative, as well.
